02 — Why Us

The industry is retiring. We're just getting started.

Three quarters of CPAs are near retirement. Your business shouldn't have to switch accountants every few years. We're building a firm for the long run. The CPA you hire is the CPA who does your work, and you work directly with the principal.

In Plain English

You get one CPA, for the long haul, not a revolving door.

Responsive

You email, we reply, usually same day and always within one business day.

Cloud-native

Secure portal, e-sign, real-time books. No shoeboxes, no fax machines.

Plain-English

We explain the why, not just the number. You'll actually understand your taxes.

Business tax returns (S-corp, partnership, C-corp, 1040 Sch C) typically range from $1,500 to $10,000 per year depending on complexity. Individual returns typically range from $1,000 to $5,000. Every return is quoted with a fixed fee before work starts.

Do you serve businesses in my state? add

Can you handle multi-state tax filings? add

Yes. We prepare multi-state business and individual tax returns, including apportionment schedules for businesses operating across multiple states.

What is the difference between tax compliance and tax advisory? add

Tax compliance means preparing and filing your returns accurately.
